About the Role:
PAL InfoCom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day operations. This internship is ideal for freshers who want to kickstart their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Help maintain employee records and attendance.
• Coordinate team engagement activities including Fun Fridays.
• Learn and support payroll and compliance-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/MBA in HR or pursuing final year.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
