
HR Intern (Learning & Development)

Assist in planning, designing, and delivering training programs and workshops

Help coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires

Create, update, and organize L&D materials, presentations, and e-learning content

Maintain training calendars, attendance, and documentation
-
Gather participant feedback and help analyze training effectiveness

Support in organizing employee engagement and development initiatives
-
Conduct basic research on L&D trends, tools, and best practices
-
Collaborate with HR team members on ongoing development projects
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of HR functions, especially training & development

Good organizational skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
-
A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
