Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
- Support onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Help organize employee engagement activities
- Assist with drafting HR policies and conducting research
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented
