HR Intern (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Draft and format HR documents, letters, and reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
  • Assist with payroll data collection and attendance management (if applicable).
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Positive mindset with team work capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
