Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Draft and format HR documents, letters, and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
- Assist with payroll data collection and attendance management (if applicable).
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Internship (Will be converted in to a job offer, after successfull completeion of 4 months Internship)
