HR Intern (Only Female)

We are currently hiring a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and develop professional skills in a dynamic work environment.

Job Description:

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and assist in various HR functions. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to improving employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

Maintain and update employee records and documentation

Support onboarding and orientation of new hires

Help in attendance tracking and HR reports preparation

Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities

Handle basic HR queries from employees

Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of HR documents

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress), preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field

Stipend: 15,000 – 20,000 PKR

Job Timings: Morning Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
