Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee records, personal files, and HR documentation
Assist in daily HR operational and administrative activities
Prepare HR reports and maintain trackers
Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related requirements
Draft letters, reports, and other HR documents
Support onboarding and general HR processes

Requirements:

Fresh Graduate in any discipline
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good communication and organizational skills
