Job Description

As an HR Intern (Technical & Non-Technical Recruiter), you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates for our software development positions. This internship opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of technical recruitment and help you develop essential skills in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and applicant tracking. You will work closely with our HR team and gain exposure to the exciting world of software development.

We are looking for a vibrant and creative person to join us for Internship leading to Job in HR / Management Role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the HR team with employee onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and attendance systems.
  • Support HR in managing employee relations within industrial environments.
  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership on various operational projects.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirement: Minimum qualification of BBA in Human Resources or related field.

Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-6 months of experience in HR functions are welcome to apply.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
