Job Title: HR Intern (Paid Internship)

Stipend: ₹[5,000 – 15,000] per month (Performance-based growth possible)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is passionate about people, hiring. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, while actively contributing to building a great team environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
• Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Assist in onboarding new employees

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Help create a positive, energetic, and inclusive work environment
• Support engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and celebrations
• Act as a bridge between employees and management

HR Operations

• Maintain employee data and HR records
• Assist in drafting HR communications and policies
• Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Friendly, approachable, and people-oriented personality
• Basic understanding or interest in HR & recruitment
• Ability to create a positive vibe and build relationships
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email
