The HR Intern (Psychology Specialization) will assist the HR department in implementing people-focused initiatives by applying psychological principles to improve recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and workplace well-being. This role is ideal for psychology students or graduates interested in gaining practical HR experience while understanding employee behavior and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting behavioral assessments.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to recommend improvements in morale and motivation.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives, leveraging psychological insights to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Assist with performance management processes, feedback collection, and appraisal coordination.
  • Help design and implement employee wellness and mental health programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and documentation.
  • Contribute to HR projects focused on organizational culture, communication, and team dynamics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
