Position: HR Intern (Remote)
Duration: 3 to 6 Months (with possibility of extension/pre-placement offer)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to assist with end-to-end recruitment . This is a remote internship that offers hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates via job portals and social media
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Help with documentation, profile creation, and internal reports
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Available to work 5-6 hours a day remotely
