Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
• Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and documentation.
• Participate in HR operations such as drafting letters, maintaining files, and coordinating with departments.
• Support in organizing training & employee engagement activities.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Eligibility

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (students pursuing final year can also apply)
