HR Intern – Training & Placement (6-Month Contract)

Location:

Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Duration:

Internship (6 Months Contract) — May be converted to Full-Time HR Executive (Training & Placement) based on performance.

About the Company:

Cybrom is a leading EdTech and technical training organization, partnered with EICT IIT Guwahati, offering industry-relevant courses in Full Stack Development, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Cyber Security.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to support our Training and Placement Department. The intern will assist in student counselling, placement coordination, corporate outreach, and HR operations. The position offers a great learning opportunity in the HR and EdTech domain, with the potential to be absorbed full-time based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing student placement activities and maintaining placement records.
  • Coordinate with companies for campus drives, internships, and recruitment opportunities.
  • Support in organizing seminars, webinars, and mock interview sessions.
  • Help in screening student profiles and aligning them with suitable job openings.
  • Conduct counselling sessions for students regarding career opportunities and soft skills.
  • Manage communication between students, trainers, and recruiters.
  • Support HR operations such as attendance, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management on placement status and training progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/BBA preferred) – specialization in HR, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the HR & EdTech environment.
