Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job vacancies and managing applications.
  • Screen CVs and coordinate interviews.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Support new hire joining formalities and documentation.
  • Maintain employee files and records.

HR Operations

  • Update HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support payroll data preparation (attendance, overtime, leaves).

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing staff trainings, meetings, and engagement activities.

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Follow HR policies and organizational guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts is preferred.
