Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job vacancies and managing applications.
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews.
Onboarding & Documentation
- Support new hire joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain employee files and records.
HR Operations
- Update HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
- Support payroll data preparation (attendance, overtime, leaves).
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing staff trainings, meetings, and engagement activities.
Compliance & Confidentiality
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Follow HR policies and organizational guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts is preferred.
