About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on internal and external job boards.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
- Support daily administrative tasks and HR operations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
