Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Internee to support day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity to learn various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and has a strong interest in human resources and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in job posting, CV screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Help in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
• Assist in attendance tracking and leave management.
• Maintain HR files and update internal databases.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
