Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Intern to support our recruitment team as we continue to scale our operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in HR, especially within a fast-paced call center environment.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in daily hiring activities to meet weekly recruitment targets for Medicare and ACA campaigns.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job portals, social media, and internal databases to find suitable candidates.
- Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Interview Assistance: Support the HR team during interview processes and maintain candidate records.
- Onboarding Support: Help in onboarding new hires and ensure documentation is completed properly.
- Data Management: Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Interest: Strong interest in HR and recruitment.
- Communication: Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and organizational skills.
- Personality: Energetic, quick learner, and able to work under pressure.
