About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in driving people-first initiatives and strengthening organizational culture. This internship offers hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions, making it a great stepping stone for anyone looking to launch a career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with talent acquisition tasks including drafting job posts, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and tracking applicant progress.
- Participate in on boarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR documentation such as employee records, contracts, and organizational charts.
- Provide Support in monitoring attendance Of Employees
- Help ensure all HR operations are aligned with company policies and legal standards.
- Perform general administrative task related to HR Operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent Graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and strong sense of confidentiality.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic team.
- Ability to Commute is a must( Location E-11)
