HR Interns (Females)

Prosigns is a multinational AI and software company serving clients across the US, Middle East, and Asia. We're hiring an HR Intern to support our hiring engine through 2026.

Shift time: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Location: Hali Road, Gulberg 3, Lahore
Job Type: Onsite (No Remote)
Eligibility: Fresh graduates

What You'll Learn and Do

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against role requirements
• Coordinate interviews across US, Middle East, and Pakistan time zones
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication and fit
• Support onboarding: offer letters, documentation, orientation
• Post jobs on Rozee.pk, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Maintain employee records and HR trackers
• Help with engagement activities, birthdays, anniversaries, team events

Who We're Looking For

• Final-semester student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong written and spoken English (you'll be on calls with candidates daily)
• Comfortable with Excel and Google Workspace
• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
• Reliable on-site availability for the evening shift, five days a week
• Bonus: any prior internship, university HR society involvement, or recruitment exposure

After 3 months: Strong performers convert to Junior HR Executive with a market-aligned salary (PKR 45,000 to 55,000).
