We are looking for a Junior HR / HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for freshers or students who want to start their career in Human Resource Management and gain practical industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment & hiring processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees/interns
  • Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Help in employee engagement and HR activities
  • Coordinate with team members and management
  • Support compliance with HR policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or pursuing degree in HR, Management, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes & recruitment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn
  • Freshers and students are welcome to apply
