Job Title: HR Intern – IT Technical Recruiter

Location: Tajpura Scheme, Canal Road, Lahore (Onsite)

Salary: Rs 20,000 - Rs 30,000 per month

At 4Nodes Technologies, we specialize in innovative IT solutions, including web development, e-commerce, and digital marketing. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern – IT Technical Recruiter to help us manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes to support our growing team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Screening: Write and post technical job descriptions, track candidates via social media and job sites, and screen IT resumes for specialized skills.
• Candidate Interviews: Conduct pre-screening calls and structured interviews to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT team leaders to understand hiring needs and forecast department goals.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
• Social Media Recruitment: Promote the company and current openings through social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• HR Documentation: Create job offer letters, maintain employee records, and assist with HR policy implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT recruitment processes, WordPress, e-commerce, software development, and HR policies.
• Communication: Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Ability to craft clear, compelling job descriptions and emails.
• HR Tools: Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and social media platforms for recruitment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (Required).
• Location: Must be based in Lahore with the ability to commute to our office in Tajpura Scheme.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
