Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (MBA/BBA) to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
2. HR Operations
- Support in employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in drafting offer letters and HR letters
- Help manage attendance and leave records
3. Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
- Support internal communication initiatives
- Conduct employee feedback surveys
4. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards
- Analyze recruitment and attrition data
- Support HR projects and policy documentation
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR) / BBA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
