Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile HR & Recruiter who can manage day-to-day HR functions while leading end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys balancing people management and talent acquisition to support business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) Duties

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source potential candidates using databases, referrals, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate data and hiring progress through internal systems (ERP/ATS).
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics and progress.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Prepare and publish job postings across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Source and screen candidates via job portals, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with managers.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process until onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Ensure smooth communication with candidates to deliver a great candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of combined HR and recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
