Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile HR & Recruiter who can manage day-to-day HR functions while leading end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys balancing people management and talent acquisition to support business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Source potential candidates using databases, referrals, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate data and hiring progress through internal systems (ERP/ATS).
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics and progress.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
- Prepare and publish job postings across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Source and screen candidates via job portals, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with managers.
- Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
- Ensure smooth communication with candidates to deliver a great candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of combined HR and recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
