Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile HR & Recruiter who can manage day-to-day HR functions while leading end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys balancing people management and talent acquisition to support business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) Duties

  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely documentation of attendance and leaves.
  • Handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits including insurance, leaves, and other statutory requirements.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Prepare and publish job postings across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Source and screen candidates via job portals, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with managers.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process until onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Ensure smooth communication with candidates to deliver a great candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of combined HR and recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor law compliance, and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
