We are looking for a Junior HR to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their HR career who wants to build practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screening
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR files
- Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
- Support daily HR and administrative operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in HR or a similar role
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
- Proficient in MS Office (knowledge of HR tools is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
