Job Description
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding .
- Maintain HR databases, employee records, and attendance management systems .
- Support payroll processing, leave management, and statutory documentation .
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance reviews .
- Draft HR letters, policies, and maintain compliance with company standards .
- Provide assistance in grievance handling and employee relations .
- Ensure smooth coordination between HR and other departments for daily operations .
- Contribute to HR reporting, MIS preparation, and process documentation .
- Technical & Professional Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data management) .
- Familiarity with HRMS software or HR tools preferred .
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills .
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to work .

Qualifications
- Human Resource Management or related field (BBA
