HR Lead

We're Hiring – HR Specialist

Looking for a challenging HR leadership role in a fast-paced environment? We’re hiring a skilled HR Specialist to take full ownership of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments
• Manage onboarding, orientation & employee integration
• Maintain HR operations: records, leaves, payroll support
• Drive performance management (KPIs, evaluations, action plans)
• Foster employee engagement & resolve grievances
• Enforce HR policies & ensure compliance with labor laws

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration
• 2–4 years of HR experience (IT sector preferred)
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy – familiar with digital hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Rozee, etc.)

• Fewer repeated HR issues

Shift: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
