- Manage employee life cycle activities (onboarding, confirmations, transfers, separations).
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRIS data for accuracy.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
- Ensure timely issuance of letters (confirmation, transfer, warning, etc.).
- Support workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and internal mobility at site.
- Conduct employee orientations and policy awareness sessions.
- Prepare periodic HR operations reports for management.
- Act as the focal point for employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Liaise with legal advisors, labor department, and government bodies when required.
- Handle union interactions and support in negotiations/agreements under guidance of Head Office HR/IR.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, standing orders, and company policies.
- Investigate misconduct cases, prepare inquiry reports, and recommend disciplinary actions.
- Promote a positive work environment to reduce disputes and encourage employee engagement.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives at assigned locations.
- Counsel employees on HR policies, workplace concerns, and career-related matters.
- Provide HR support to line managers to enhance people management capability.
