Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Oversee HR operations: attendance, leaves, payroll coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Implement performance management and appraisals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Coordinate training and development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience (lead/supervisory preferred)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
