HR & Live Streaming Sales Executive (Amazon)

WBM International is looking for a multi-talented and energetic professional who can manage Human Resources operations while also representing our brand through Amazon Live Streaming and sales.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who can balance people management with on-camera selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Manage recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle onboarding, attendance, and leave management
• Support employee engagement and internal coordination
• Assist in performance management processes

Live Streaming & Sales (Amazon):

• Host live sessions on Amazon to promote WBM products
• Demonstrate product features and benefits in real-time
• Engage audience and respond to live queries
• Drive sales conversions during live sessions
• Build strong brand presence through confident on-camera delivery

Content & Coordination:

• Prepare scripts, product pitches, and promotional plans
• Coordinate with marketing/design teams
• Create short-form content (reels/videos) for promotions
• Track performance and improve sales strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience (HR, sales, or digital media preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable on camera
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to engage audiences
• Basic knowledge of Amazon or e-commerce platforms is a plus
