We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Management Trainee to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination)
- Conduct initial interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Assist in attendance management and HR reporting
- Help organize employee engagement activities
- Ensure professional communication within and outside the organization
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Well-organized, confident, and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
