HR Management Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Management Trainee to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination)
  • Conduct initial interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Assist in attendance management and HR reporting
  • Help organize employee engagement activities
  • Ensure professional communication within and outside the organization
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Well-organized, confident, and detail-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This is a strictly onsite, office-based position in Gulberg, Lahore. Candidates unable to work from the office should not apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
