Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring employees.
  • Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet the company’s needs.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Foster a positive working environment and strong employee morale.
  • Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement performance management programs.
  • Oversee performance appraisals, feedback processes, and goal-setting for employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee performance issues.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training and development needs across the organization.
  • Plan and organize employee training programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Promote continuous learning and development opportunities within the company.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee compensation planning and benefits administration.
  • Administer payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits programs.
  • HR Policies and Procedures:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • Ensure all employees are informed of policies and adhere to them.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Provide advice and support on HR issues that impact the company's goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hirapur, Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
