Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring employees.
- Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet the company’s needs.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Foster a positive working environment and strong employee morale.
- Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management programs.
- Oversee performance appraisals, feedback processes, and goal-setting for employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee performance issues.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training and development needs across the organization.
- Plan and organize employee training programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Promote continuous learning and development opportunities within the company.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee compensation planning and benefits administration.
- Administer payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits programs.
- HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
- Ensure all employees are informed of policies and adhere to them.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Provide advice and support on HR issues that impact the company's goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hirapur, Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
