Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, separations.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws (e.g., ESIC, PF, Factory Act) and prepare for audits.
- Lead and support audits such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, SEDEX; manage documentation and corrective actions.
- Drive employee relations and engagement: grievance handling, town halls, feedback sessions.
- Identify training needs, run induction and compliance programs, and evaluate training outcomes.
- Collaborate with EHS on health & safety compliance and awareness efforts.
- Maintain HR MIS dashboards: attrition, absenteeism, productivity, etc., and support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering preferred); MBA/PGDM in HR is mandatory.
- 2 + years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in foundry or heavy manufacturing.
- Deep knowledge of labor laws, HRMS tools, and MS Office.
- Proven experience managing compliance audits like ISO, IATF, SEDEX.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
