HR manager

Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talents locally and internationally.

Interviewing and hiring staff.

Supporting a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and legal documentation.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in GCC countries and Asian countries (5+ years).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
