About the Role

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HR software and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a similar role within the region.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
