Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead HR operations, manage recruitment activities, and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong client interaction, team management, and a focus on third-party hiring and staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients regularly to understand hiring requirements, share updates, and build strong client relationships.
Coordinate with internal HR recruiters and connect with the hiring team to ensure alignment with client needs.
Track ongoing requirements, assign tasks to recruiters, and monitor progress against timelines.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a primary focus on third-party/contractual hiring.
Ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and documentation for third-party hires.
Develop and implement strategies for sourcing, screening, and closing niche IT/non-IT positions.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, track metrics, and provide regular hiring status reports to management and clients.
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and scaling staffing solutions.
Drive engagement with recruiters to ensure quality delivery and timely closures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, third-party contracts, and organizational HR policies.
Required Skills & Competencies
3-6 years of HR/recruitment management experience, with strong exposure to IT/third-party hiring.
Proven track record in managing client interactions and building long-term relationships.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams of HR recruiters.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
Strong knowledge of third-party hiring models and compliance.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
