Solo drivers: $0.60 – $0.65 CPM
True team drivers: $0.70 – $0.75 CPM

Transparent Service Terms:
Service Fee: 12%

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a tractor-trailer across OTR routes (regional & nationwide)
On-time pickups and deliveries
Follow all FMCSA regulations
Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate ELD logs
Communicate with dispatch effectively
Represent the company professionally

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL
Clean driving record
1+ year of OTR experience preferred (newer drivers welcome if qualified)
Knowledge of DOT/HOS compliance
Reliable, safety-first mindset
