Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies for various roles, including tech, operations, marketing, and customer support
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
- Address employee concerns and conflicts with professionalism and discretion
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives and team-building activities
- Performance Management
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
- Guide managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and development plans
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies in accordance with labor laws
- Manage payroll inputs, leaves, attendance, and HRMIS tools
- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal regulations (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Organizational Development
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Identify training needs and oversee L&D initiatives
- Support change management processes during growth and restructuring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of progressive HR experience
- Previous experience in an e-commerce, startup, or fast-paced digital environment is a strong plus
- Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
