Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, selection
  • Build strong relationships with recruitment partners and networks

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns
  • Handle disciplinary actions and ensure policy adherence
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and POSH regulations

Training & Development

  • Design and implement training programs to upskill employees
  • Identify skill gaps and support continuous learning
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys
  • Address employee queries related to pay and benefits

Performance Management & Engagement

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes
  • Guide managers on development plans and performance improvement
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
