Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, selection
- Build strong relationships with recruitment partners and networks
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns
- Handle disciplinary actions and ensure policy adherence
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and POSH regulations
Training & Development
- Design and implement training programs to upskill employees
- Identify skill gaps and support continuous learning
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys
- Address employee queries related to pay and benefits
Performance Management & Engagement
- Oversee performance appraisal processes
- Guide managers on development plans and performance improvement
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus
