Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure legal compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Handle payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance staff performance.
• Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience as an HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
