Job Description – HR (BMW Guwahati | Titanium Auto)

Position: HR Executive / HR Manager
Location: BMW Guwahati (Titanium Auto)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for automobile dealership & service roles.
• Onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
• Attendance, leave & payroll coordination.
• Implementation of HR policies and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Employee relations, grievance handling & engagement activities.
• Training & development coordination to build workforce skills.
• Support management in manpower planning & performance management.

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in HR.
• 2–4 years of HR experience in the automobile sector (mandatory).
• Knowledge of HR processes, compliance & payroll.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
