HR Manager

1. Workforce Planning and Recruitment:

· Collaborate with construction project managers and department heads to determine staffing requirements.

· Develop job descriptions, post job advertisements, and screen resumes.

· Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process for construction-specific roles.

· Manage recruitment channels, including job portals, career fairs, and industry networks.

2. Onboarding and Training:

· Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation to safety practices and construction-specific procedures.

· Coordinate training programs, including safety training, equipment operation, and job-specific skills.

Collaborate with project managers to identify training needs and develop training plans for construction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
