HR Manager

1. Ensuring the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.

2. Partnering with both senior management and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs.

3. Maintaining Attendance and Exit Formalities. Records of the Employees of all the Sites.

4. Handling End to End Statutory Compliance Like ESIC,PF and Data collection of the Employees.

5. Investigating and resolving the Payroll Process within a timely Manner.

6.Languages Known : Hindi Mandatory

7. Willing to Travel

Experience: 10 -15 Years (Min 5Yrs as a Manager)
