HR Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support HR functions within our real estate organization. The role will involve recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management across sites and corporate offices.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: 5th floor, Jaydeep emphasis, opposite to PNB, Wagle estate, Thane West- 400504.

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

Manage end-to-end hiring for corporate, sales, site, and support staff.

Coordinate with project managers and department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new employees.

HR Operations & Compliance:

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, RERA-related HR policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).

Coordinate payroll processing with accounts/finance teams.

Employee Engagement & Development:

Organize training programs for sales, customer relationship, and technical teams.

Conduct employee engagement activities to boost motivation and retention.

Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues fairly and effectively.

Performance Management:

Support performance review cycles and appraisal processes.

Assist in setting KRAs/KPIs aligned with organizational goals.

Provide HR data and reports to management for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry.

Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multi-location/site-based workforce.

Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and MS Office.
