Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR records.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of proven HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.

Salary: INR 25,000 - 35,000 per month
