Job description:

Overview

The Human Resources Manager is the link between the company and the employees. She/he manages onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, retirement plans and termination processes to guarantee law compliance and comprehensive employees support.

Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct onboarding processes for newly hired staff to provide employees with the necessary company information.

Manage employee and labor relations to help resolve conflicts at the workplace.

Oversee the administration of benefits plans to ensure access and provide continuous System updates.

Administer employer-sponsored retirement savings plan to ensure compliance and guarantee workers receive adequate and complete information.

Handle workers compensation process to ensure compliance and offer employees appropriate and immediate assistance.

Manage the employee's termination process to ensure an appropriate termination of employment.

Support payroll process to ensure that employees receive their compensation timely and correctly.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, (selection, hiring, recruitment, terminations, compensation, benefits). Good knowledge of Labor Regulations.

Certifications

Human Resources Certification (SHRM- CP) (plus)
