Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and work environment.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution of workplace issues.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and improvement plans.
