HR Manager

Sialkot, Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee HR operations, policies, and programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR management, preferably within the healthcare industry, and will play a key role in driving employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Manage employee engagement programs and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership to support business growth and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resource Management (healthcare industry experience preferred).
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster a collaborative work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
