Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, engagement & offboarding
- Drive performance management, appraisals, feedback, and PIP programs
- Design & execute training and development initiatives using internal resources
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, PF, ESI, and labor laws
- Handle employee grievances and provide solutions in a professional manner
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and retention
- Ensure accuracy in compensation management and HR reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2–5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, statutory compliance & labor laws
- Excellent communication skills in English & Kannada
- Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and multitasking abilities
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to take ownership of diverse HR functions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
