About the role:
We're seeking an HR Generalist to join our team with at least 5 to 6 years of experience. This role involves supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, policies, and engagement initiatives. The HR should have knowledge in the entire employee lifecycle management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment process through various job portals.
- Employee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and provide guidance to employees in resolving issues.
- Payroll and HR Compliance: Handle end to end payroll process along with the HR compliance activities. Stay up to date with labour laws and regulations, ensuring the company's policies and practices are in compliance with employment laws.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements.
- Resolve payroll-related issues and address employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
- HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and personnel files. Create documents such as offer letters, appraisal letters, etc.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Offboarding Responsibilities: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions. Manage the offboarding process ensuring various compliances are considered.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant Field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience as a Generalist
- Proven experience in managing payroll operations and compliance audits.

- Good understanding of employee lifecycle
- In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and employment laws.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong decision-making skills.
